i think the detail is spot on. i do love the two tone of the j crew though.

ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of the ribbing on the ELLE version. Extended ribbing on the bottom half of cardigans always hits me oddly - they look bulging and scrunch up to be too short when they're buttoned up, and hang all awkward when left open.

ReplyDeleteI still like the J.Crew one better -- the longer sleeves, the lack of the ribbing -- but the similarities in the detailing? AMAZING! I actually like the ELLE ruffle a little better. And thank you for noting that it comes in a plus size!!
