City Style Pegged Leg Pants $18.47 (orig. $36.95) I realize these are an intense color. I just think it's kind of springy and fun (but hard to find an outfit to go with it). They are also available in navy, khaki, and off white.... so if you want to be boring (or safe) you have that option.
Watercolor Chiffon Top $17.95 (orig. $48.00)
Eyelet Flats $14.99 (orig. 34.99)
What do you guys think? Have I lost my marbles or are you digging it? Leave a comment.
Thanks for reading, and as always,
Happy Shopping!
I like the bright color combination. I think the bright blue is quite nice and very Springy. Love the shoes as well.
ReplyDeleteIf there's one thing I've realized about the fashion world is that it's always shifting and recycling. Yesterday's spandex is tomorrow's shirts--maybe not that extreme but you get the picture.
I think they're cute!
ReplyDeleteWhen I read the title of this post I was really apprehensive, but I like it. I don't know that I would actually wear bright blue pleated tapered pants, but I think if I saw some cute girl wearing them I would think it's cute. I really like the top and couldn't imagine wearing anything else with those pants... :)
ReplyDeletei agree w/you that stacy might be a little hypocritical, but in her defense tapered and skinny are not the same thing. i do like your pants and the pieces you chose to go w/it...in fact that top is calling my name:)
ReplyDeleteI don't know that I would really buy they royal blue, but I am eyeing the navy pretty seriously.
ReplyDeleteA.C.- You are right tapered and skinny are not the same. I guess it was interesting to watch them go from picking every pair of pants that 'go from the widest place of your thigh' or whatever it was to recommending skinny jeans. Aah fashion, how fickle it is!
Thanks guys, I am glad to know I wasn't completely nuts on this one.
Love it!
ReplyDeleteI think you should do a post about maternity clothes or strictly shoes, because I find myself getting excited about clothes and then remembering my big belly. I totally noticed that about Stacy London and tapered pants.
ReplyDeleteI did a few posts on maternity a little while ago... one was a DIY and one was stuff on sale, so it's probably useless now, but you kind find them here - http://uberchicforcheap.blogspot.com/search/label/maternity
ReplyDeletei like the pants but don't think they would work for every body type (mine, for instance.) cute though!
