I was perusing new arrivals at Forever 21, and got excited when I saw this skirt. 
I think the print is so fun (and reminiscent of higher price stores).

    so cute! my only issue is i hate going to forever 21 with something specific in mind--i never find it! their organization drives me crazy! do you buy stuff online and just hope it fits? or do you have a secret for navigating the store?
