Today I am stoked to offer a giveaway from DownEast Basics. They also asked me to review a piece from their new arrivals.

They sent me this skirt, which I have been eyeing since it popped up on their site:

I also wanted to show you how the skirt is put together. It's lined in a black poly (which is good for wearing with tights and such because it won't ride up) and covered in a light and airy floral fabric that makes me want to twirl.

Also, notice that the waistband is navy instead of the black band shown on the website.
