Reader Request: Stylish Diaper Bags

I got a request a few days ago from Laura saying,

I've been looking for a cute practical diaper bag for weeks. Can you please help?!

Here's what I came up with:

Carter's Tote Diaper Bag - Kohl's - $36.00 (Orig. $48.00)
Eddie Bauer Shoreline Diaper Bag - Kohl's - $37.50 (Orig. $50.00)
4 Piece Fashion Tote Diaper Bag Set - Baby Universe - $24.99
Eddie Bauer Heritage Tote - Babies R Us - $36.99

What do you guys think of the picks? Any tips for finding attractive, functional diaper bags? Leave a comment!

Thanks for reading,

Happy Shopping!

  1. i like the first the best. but after five kids a person learns that a bag full of stuff isn't necessary. a diaper, a few wipes and a change of clothes. so a big purse works for us:0)

  3. I love the first one, also. I think the leaf design is way cute. I hope it's still around whenever I get preggers; I really like it.

  4. There are some really cute OiOi ones on BabySteals.com today. They're kind of expensive, but very cute and good quality.

  5. Both Timbuk2 and Crumpler have waterproof messenger bags in fun, bright colors and prints. They could work depending on your personal style.

  6. I like what Heidi Jo said about using a big purse, because honestly, diaper bags always just look like, well, like diaper bags. I wonder if it's possible to find a diaper bag that looks more like a fashionable handbag... Hmm

  7. I personally plan to use a ginormous purse, heck I already have a purse that could easily accommodate diapers, wipes, bottles.

I think there are more 'purse-like' options. In fact I know there are. They are made by companies like Burbery and run about $300. Not exactly in my price range!

  8. I got mine on Etsy-just did a search for my must haves: big, adjustable strap, washable. Got 100's to go through and found the perfect match for me.

  9. i searched high and low for a bag that didn't scream diaper bag. in the end i found a perfect (for me) j.crew canvas bag that is huge and fit all my requirements.
