Under $60: One Outfit, Two Ways

I might as well go ahead and admit that full skirts might be my favorite things in the world. They make me feel happy and feminine. Pair that with some flats, and I'm in heaven. I like coupling this bright skirt with a bright solid top and neutral accessories.

Since the skirt is only available in plus and petite, I've tried to put it together to work for both body types. Both outfits are under $60.

Plus outfit: $55.79
Petite outfit: $49.79
