I am doing a combination of Look for Less and Mix it Up today (mostly because this awesome skirt was on sale for a song... no need to find it for cheaper). I did the new look in a different color pallete because I prefer grey to brown, but the brown skirt is still available if that is more you. This look rings in at $83.78 (compared to the original at about $350):

Button Front Shirt $15.00 (orig. $24.50) - Old Navy
Necklace $18.80 - Forever 21
Charmeuse Pencil Skirt $29.99 (orig. $98.00) - J.Crew
Side Cut-Out Pump $19.99 (orig. $59.00) - Victoria Secret
What do you guys think? Leave a comment!
Thanks for reading, and as always,
Happy Shopping!
Very cute! I LOVE Old Navy's button-down shirts; I don't think there is really any need to buy a more expensive shirt when the ON ones look and feel as good.
ReplyDeleteGotta say... I'm not feeling this one. I definitely don't like the skirt in brown. Yuck.
ReplyDeleteSorry to be a downer, but I gots to say what I feels.
I love the silky skirt!
ReplyDeleteGreat job!! I'm loving that Forever 21 necklace... I swear, I never buy jewelery anywhere else now. It's just so cheap there. I just got 3 pairs of their $1.50 hoops and luv 'em!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work, I love your blog!!
Anna- I really like ON button downs too. My only quibble with them is they usually don't have darts in the front. I like me some darts. But they are fabulous for the price (and come in so many colors!)
ReplyDeleteKristyn- I kind of hated the brown skirt too. But I like the shape and texture of the outfit they created and like it in my color combo (of course I did, I posted it on my blog!) hehe. But, thanks for sharing, I ALWAYS appreciate your opinion. You keep me on my toes little lady.
Chicibella- I really like the texture of the skirt also.
Angela- I haven't found a better supply of affordable jewelry anywhere. And the ammount of pieces they have available is incredible!
Thanks for reading everyone!
I like these colors better than the original! =)
ReplyDeleteLooks great! Love the outfit.
