LC by Lauren Conrad at Kohl's

I found myself at Kohl's this last weekend, stalking a very specific Christmas gift request from my mother in law (which I happily found there). I couldn't help but peruse the LC for Lauren Conrad section. I also couldn't help but try one of the tops on, and inevitably couldn't help but take it home with me. I was pretty impressed with the selection that seemed especially accommodating to a growing baby bump (and I think many would also help camouflage a postpartum body).
Here are my favorite finds:
1 - Tiered Tank - $27.99 (Orig. $40.00) {similar to the sold out Anthro Free Flow tank}
2 - Embellished Cardigan - $24.99 (Orig. $50.00)
3 - Crochet Banded-Bottom Top - $29.99 (Orig. $40.00)
4 - Embellished Cropped Cardigan - $24.99 (Orig. $50.00)
5 - Floral Banded-Bottom Top - $16.99 (Orig. $34.00) {I bought this in Grey Floral + am loving it}
6 - Floral Dolman Top - $24.99 (Orig. $34.00)
What do you think of the picks? Anything you are you would love to wear? Leave your thoughts below.
As a funny side note, I tried on the top I bought for the hubs when I got home. The moment I put it on he said "that is so Lauren Conrad", which totally made me laugh. Granted, he did suffer through a few episodes of the Hills with me once upon a time.

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the post! I have the free flow tank and love it to pieces. I would love having a similar top in different colors.
ReplyDeleteLC is one of those people that you can't help but love. I should frequent Kohls more often.
ReplyDeleteI NEED #1 with the cardigan shown in it. I am going to Kohl's today because they have Kohl's cash days....perhaps I will buy myself a Christmas present or two :) Thanks for the heads up!
ReplyDeleteI really think out of all of the affordable celebrity-turned-designers, her line is the most fashion-forward and wearable. I bought the boyfriend blazer from her first collection at Kohls, and I still wear it all the time.
ReplyDeleteI love #3, 5, and 6. Like you, I have a growing belly to accomodate and I love the non-maternity options these days. Incidentally, my second pair of skinny jeans (and favorite by far!) are LC's that I bought this spring. They are not totally low rise and I can bend over in them :) Thanks for the post!

We've got a Kohls being built in our little town, and I'm so excited!!! #s 1, 3, and 6 are super cute! 6 would be so cute with dark skinny jeans and boots...I'm dreaming of a beautiful shirt...just like a shirt I never knew...the end.
ReplyDeleteShe's a smart girl...making an adorable line that's affordable. Such cute stuff!
ReplyDeleteHappy Happy New Year!
